Susana, originally from Venezuela and now in the US, founded Give 2 Yourself after 10 years as an elementary teacher and becoming a certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.
The brand was born from her journey of realizing the importance of self-care. She had always focused on others' happiness while neglecting her own, which led her to start writing notes around her house as reminders to prioritize herself.
This practice inspired the creation of Give 2 Yourself. A reminder you can wear to remember how important you are.
